We believe that many electricians would like to sell & install generators; however, they do not want the responsibility for the ongoing service and maintenance of the units. Gowen’s business is generators and we have a solution for you through our Electrical Contractor’s Wholesale Referral Program. Our program is designed so that we can work with you and take the headaches normally encountered with the sales of residential and commercial generators from you.

Services offered:

• Perform initial site visit
• Size the unit
• Plan the location and placement of the unit and recommend how the installation should be done
• Provide you with a report detailing what the job requires (i.e., service disconnect, approximate location of ATS to main distribution panel, location of generator, etc), so you can quote customer directly for the electrical portion of the job. You will invoice the customer directly for only your portion of the electrical installation work.
• Make arrangements for delivery to the job-site
• Assist the customer with fuel supplier, as required
• Provide technical installation supervision and perform the factory required start-up & warranty authorization after installation is complete

Gowen Power Systems assumes full responsibility with regard to the factory required start-up and warranty authorization and any ongoing warranty or service related problems. We will work directly with your customer to maintain the stand-by power system on each and every sale.
